Interviewer: How long ago, did you first try the Fairs M.I. tools?

Buffy: October 2022

Interviewer: What difficulties did you have in the learning process, and how long did it take until you planned an actual event?

Buffy: Right away! I sat down and went through instructional videos, then planned a call to clarify. The whole process is so user friendly!

Interviewer: Have you used the Planner for an event? What was different from your previous methods?

Buffy: I am currently using it for my second event, and it is far superior to my “by hand” method

Interviewer: What was your experience, when contacting Fairs M.I. for instruction or tech support?

Buffy: Super-fast … and came with instructional video that he made on the spot for my particular question. The offer for a call to talk it through live is always there.

Interviewer: How important is the Fairs M.I. Planner now, for your event schedule and facility management?

Buffy: Please don’t leave me lol!! I can’t go back to the manual process. When I learned to drag the booth that contained all my vendor information and drop it in

a new location to “try them out” there it was EVERYTHING. Just slid the vendor back when it wasn’t fit. It’s the little things in life really.

Interviewer: How long ago, did you first try the Fairs M.I. tools?

Amanda: In February of 2023 I began using the Fair M.I tool.

Interviewer: What difficulties did you have in the learning process, and how long did it take until you planned an actual event?

Amanda: I am not going to lie, at first, I was afraid to dive in with the assumption that is was too complicated to learn. Turns out it is very user friendly; the learning videos make it super easy. They are ideal as you can refer to them. So far, no difficulties. We are using it for our first event this coming May 2023.

Interviewer: Have you used the Planner for an event? What was different from your previous methods?

Amanda: Not yet I am about to. Our previous methods included a google earth image a simple drawing of mapped out buildings, with excel sheets of information. Very time consuming.

Interviewer: What has been your experience, when contacting Fairs M.I. for instruction or tech support?

Amanda: Tech support is extremely quick to respond, usually same day. Not only do they type out instructions, but they also include options and an explanatory video.

Interviewer: How important is the Fairs M.I. Planner now, for your event schedule and facility management?

Amanda: The simplicity and efficiency of using the Fairs M.I. tool for the many layers of event and facility planning is very cost effective. I cannot see us planning our events without it!
