“Fairs M.I.” is owned an operated by Steven Bolgiano, who began his career in the events industry in 1988, working with exhibition contractor firms as a layout and display draftsman.
He partnered with Programmer Juraj Benadik in order to design a software system to simplify exhibit hall, outdoor venue, and facilities management.
With the support of the CDFA, WFA, OFA, and CAFE, “Fairs M.I.” was born in 2001.
Before transitioning to technology Steven farmed a 300-acre plot in Kentucky with cattle, corn, soybeans, and tobacco.
His home today is on the Eastern Shore of Maryland surrounded by grain and poultry farming.
Fairs M.I. understands first-hand the special bond a Fair creates between agriculture and the community, and the challenge family farmers and ranchers face in modern society.
